How do I place an order for your jewelry?

Click "Add to Cart" under each item you wish to purchase.  Once all items are in the cart, review the cart to confirm you have the correct item(s) and quantity (ies) and choose payment method to complete your order.  Once the payment is completed you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you registered with the details of your order. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder too. If not received, then email us at BlessedBeyondBlingJewels00@gmail.com to request your confirmation and we will research the order and confirmed and resend.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via all major credit / debit cards and CashApp.

What if I do not receive my order?

Once orders are fulfilled, you will receive a "tracking number" to your email address.  This will allow you to have an estimated arrival of your order. We are not responsible for incorrect information entered on your order (wrong address or email) or items received damaged. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via email at BlessedBeyondBlingJewels00@gmail.com.

Can I add to / amend my order?

Orders can be adjusted prior to payment.  Once you have completed your payment, no changes can be added.  You must place a separate order to add any additional items.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled prior to payment.  Once you have completed your payment, orders cannot be cancelled.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. You can buy a Digital Gift Card here.

Gift cards remain valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After 1 year, your gift card will become invalid. The gift card can only be used for online shopping at blessed-beyond-bling-jewels.myshopify.com.

Do you offer discounts and other promotions?

No, we do not offer discounts. Yes, there are promotions offered to our VIP Group, including first access to "New Releases" and giveaways. Follow us on Facebook  (https://www.facebook.com/groups/blessedbeyondbling) to see suggestions on how to coordinate your bling! Share this link with family, friends, co-workers, etc. !

How long will my order take to be shipped?

All completed orders are fulfilled and shipped within 48-hours.  However, USPS has their own schedule by location for deliver.  Our shipping information will provide a tracking number and estimated date for delivery. Deliveries may also be extended due to ongoing COVID-19 impacts and/or the holiday season(s).

Will I receive a confirmation email once my order has been shipped?

Yes, once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a confirmation via email that includes "tracking" information for your order. Please also check your spam folder. Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, we can change your delivery address if you inform us within 24 hours of ordering. Please email us at BlessedBeyondBlingJewels00@gmail.com or go to your "Account Information" and update as needed.

What is your return policy?

We have a "NO REFUND, NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE" policy.  All sales are FINAL.
